Rachel Kolisi is perhaps best known as the beloved wife of Springbok star Siya, but she also has other facets to her like a fine diamond.

In an interview from several years ago, the beloved South African first lady of the Springboks opened up about her struggles with depression.

Kolisi opened up about her struggle with depression and symptoms during an interview with the YouTube channel called The Tea World.

The interview was posted in April 6, 2021.

She talks candidly and honestly about her symptoms, and that depression can many times be very difficult to deal with.

It’s clear that even though there have been many happy moments for Siya and Rachel, the struggle is real. Depression and its symptoms can affect anyone, even if you are the wife of a very famous Springbok player – and very famous in your own right.
