The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) have just released their payment dates for November social grants. Social grants will be paid from this week, including the R350-SRD Grant, the Child Care Grant and the Pensioners (Older Persons) Grant.

But what if you have to contact SASSA because your grant wasn’t paid?

Sometimes social grant applications can be mistakenly rejected, or other problems like the ‘Postbank glitch’ means your payment doesn’t arrive when it’s supposed to.
