Most poisonous aquatic animal ever
Ever wondered what is the most poisonous aquatic animal? Well, pufferfish can be very dangerous because they contain a toxin called tetrodoxin, which is much more deadly than cyanide, up to 1 200 times!
Just one pufferfish has enough toxin to kill 30 grown-up humans, and there’s no cure for it.
Surprisingly, in Japan, some people love eating pufferfish meat called Fugu. It’s expensive and fancy.
But it’s only safe to eat when prepared by licensed chefs. These chefs go through more than 3 years of tough training to remove the poisonous parts.
