We love cooking for our families, right? If you love trying new things, this traditional roht recipe is for you. Roht is known as a sacred offering (prasad) in the Hindu culture. It is usually only prepared for a prayer & then consumed. However, in modern times, it has just become a lovely family snack.

It is very similar to the American snicker-doodle but this recipe uses butter ghee (clarified butter) & is also fried in ghee. They are often enjoyed with a glass of milk and shared among family members. So, fry, break one open and enjoy a delicious traditional treat.
