The season of snacking with your friends is here, which also means that you’re going to want to change up the snack platter sometimes. Adding some spice to the occasion is always a good idea. This jalapeño mayonnaise dip will make a great centrepiece for the snacks you’ll be making.
Every great dipping sauce has a great mayonnaise dip and you’ll be making your own at home, but it’s very simple. The addition of the chillies won’t make it too spicy because jalapeño peppers are relatively mild and the mayo does slightly dampen their hotness too, balancing out the flavours nicely. It’s great with some fresh bread, chips and even fried wings and strips.
