Chocolate cookies are the best because everybody loves and needs a bit of cocoa and crunch in their lives. In South Africa, you will know that classic Romany Creams cookies held together with chocolate cream, but they’re not the same anymore, are they? These homemade Romany creams cookies are just as crumbly, rich and sweet.
The chocolate cookie recipe is very easy to put together and you can definitely enjoy them on their own. The buttercream filling is just melted chocolate, but you’re also welcome to make your own chocolate ganache too. The crispy cookie edges filled with creamy chocolate is going to blow your mind.
