Recipe of the Day: Creamy potato salad [Video]

Braai season is here and you need lots of sides to go with all of your tasty meat and garlic bread. One of the most iconic sides for a weekend feast is a creamy potato salad. This fully loaded salad uses baby potatoes, bacon and spices among other tasty ingredients which will make everybody reach for the serving dish.

Baby potatoes don’t take as long to cook while the bacon then adds some crunch and that tasty fat. The 1000 Island sauce and spices add a tangy flavour and spice. The simple recipe is explained perfectly in the friendly video below and we know you can’t wait to get cooking.
