We’re all a bit tired this time of year and we don’t want to cook much when we get home. Well, this creamy chicken pasta is perfect for somebody who doesn’t have a lot of time and it’s just so comforting when you do dig in. It’s got a beautifully creamy tomato and cream sauce with an accent of cheese, so what’s not to love?
You can use any chicken you have in the fridge or freezer and the spices can also be adjusted if you want to. Use any pasta but fettuccine pasta works well to hold onto that creamy and cheesy sauce. Serve with some freshly ground black pepper and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese.
