Recipe of the Day: Cranberry, brie and bacon chicken burger [Video]

Are you somebody who loves a good braai but wants to cook something fancier for your guests? You can still light the fire and make some burgers that combine a classic fancy sandwich filling and you’ll be adding a braai twist to it. This cranberry, brie and bacon chicken burger is stacked with texture and flavour, and you’ll be making it all by yourself.

The recipe below gives you a burger bun recipe but you can use your favourite store-bought rolls. The bacon and brie both get grilled on the fire, giving them even more smokey flavour. The cranberry sauce is put together with fresh fruit which still have all of the zing to cut through the richness of the rest of the ingredients. You’ll definitely surprise your taste buds as much as the people around you.
