However, you need a recipe, don’t you? This chicken drumstick and neck curry is a perfectly spicy and fully-loaded one-pot curry that will make everybody’s heart sing with joy.

With most great curries, infusing the oil with the variety of spices is where the flavour begins before adding the chicken to the sauce. The chicken drumsticks are tender and delicious while the chicken necks add some fat and even more richness.
