Take your classic South African dessert to a whole new level with this Amarula coffee malva pudding to enjoy after Sunday lunch or dinner.

I’ts not just France who has some of the best desserts and South African malva pudding is a great example of the wholesomeness we can create. However, you want to surprise your friends and family after lunch or dinner, so this Amarula coffee malva pudding is going to change your life forever. It combines a host of rich flavours, great textures and local ingredients to make something exceptional.

The classic malva ingredients are there with the cake ingredients and the sweet apricot jam to keep it classic with the addition of the new Ethiopian Amarula Coffee Liqueur. This tasty liqueur is also used in the syrup that soaks into the pudding as well as the easy custard which is best served while the pudding is still warm. You can even go a bit more decadent by adding some vanilla or Amarula ice cream with everything for a great contrast in flavours and temperatures.
