Controversial raunchy dancer Zodwa Wabantu left many puzzled when she showed off her new pet.
Zodwa Wabantu pulled a shocker when she shared a video with a giant python wrapped around her.

She revealed that she now owns a snake as a pet, joining the likes of celebrity sangoma Gogo Maweni, who have wowed Mzansi with her bizarre pets.
The giant black python left many concerned about whether it could be kept as a pet and if it was not a danger to those around her.
No doubt, over the years, several South Africans have been making headlines with their bizarre and unusual pets.

Are there any regulatory laws for pet owners who keep taming wild animals? After all, the video seems to have thrust Zodwa Wabantu into the top trends.

However, of late, her pets have often thrust her into top trends. The celebrity sangoma keeps several weird pets at her Sandton mansion, including owls, snakes and tortoises.
Gogo Maweni is a proud owner of not one, not two, but at least five snakes. Kaddafi, Escobar, and Zara are the most notable of the five.
