Not for the first time, Zodwa Wabantu has shared an extremely inappropriate video on her Instagram account.
The daring dancer – who doubles as a traditional healer – had her Instagram followers in shock when she posted a clip of her confronting a male patient en route for a penis enlargement surgery.

ZODWA GUSHES OVER EMBARRASSED MAN
In the clip, Zodwa Wabantu met with a man scheduled for penis enlargement surgery at Herwood Medical Centre, where she is an ambassador.
The Moja Love reality TV star held the man’s hand as she explained the procedure to him. But things got awkward when the club hostess attempted to take a peak at the man’s manhood!

She said to the doctor: “Are you measuring the penis? Oh my gosh”.
Addressing the man, she said: “So from this, what size do you want it?
She added: “I’m happy that you are not ashamed. So many men go through this. Everything is going to be taken care of. It’s up to a man to decide what they want with their own bodies”.
KEEPING THE BALANCE
Meanwhile, Zodwa Wabantu has explained how her new calling has affected her life as a club dancer and hostess.
When one follower asked her about how she strikes a balance between the two professions, she responded: “Personally, weekdays Idlozi. But I dream every day and then make time to do what they have shown me”.

A year ago, the TV star gave her fans a glimpse at her journey to accepting her spiritual gift.
She told IOL: “I have recently accepted a calling but this is a different kind of ubizo (calling). I’m not a sangoma. I’m not going to an initiation school for sangomas. I am Inkosazana ya Manzi”.
According to Zodwa’s mentor and spiritual leader Dr Mhlaba of Kwa-Mhlaba Traditional Healers, a “Inkosazana ya Manzi” is a person who is “born with the gift of success.”
