Springboks injured captain Siya Kolisi turned his eyes to God as the World Cup continued.

Siya Kolisi had always been public about his religious life, and fans had been speaking a lot.

The issue is that not all Springboks fans are Christians, and some do not believe in God.

Now, as they all wait to see Siya on the pitch, some are left unsure of his belief in God.

The good thing was that many fans seemed to agree, believing God would help him.

Responding to Siya Kolisi’s post on Instagram, one fan was unsure if God would save Siya.

“Aaaa just work hard on your recovery captain, l am not sure if this would save you.”

SPRINGBOKS INJURED CAPTAIN SIYA KOLISI TURNS TO GOD

On his Instagram, Siya Kolisi shared a verse from the bible in the book of Corinthians.

“2 Corinthians 12:9: But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.”

His post came after sharing another bible verse from the bible book of Joshua.

“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid. Do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

FANS THINK HE WOULD BE SAVED?

After the Springboks’ injured captain, Siya Kolisi turned his face to God, it seemed many fans loved it.

It even seemed that most Springboks believed in God and were sure Siya would be saved.

They were sure that Siya Kolisi would be healed of his injury, play, and lead the team with God.
