Identity REVEALED: Tol Ass Mo’s ‘new white girlfriend’ speaks out

Social media was abuzz this week after images of comedian Tol Ass Mo kissing his alleged new girlfriend.

According to Zimoja, the new woman in the funnyman’s life is Manthatisi Tlhakoane, also known as Kat.

TOL ASS MO’S ‘NEW BAE’ BREAKS SILENCE

Kat, who is an agent, reportedly works and resides in one of Johannesburg’s upmarket hotel apartments in Sandton.

She told the publication that she is not happy with her new-found fame.

“I don’t like this whole thing. I don’t like the attention I am getting,” she said.

She further she doesn’t know how the pictures got out, saying she did not know about them.

“We took the pictures and yes, that is me, but I did not release them. I also can’t say much on the matter,” she added.

‘I WANNA DATE A SNOWBUNNY’

Fans blasted Tol Ass Mo for the images as they come a month after he vehemently said that he will no longer date black women.

The TV personality – real name Mongezi Mahlangu – made this controversial statement during his sit-down with broadcaster DJ Fresh on his YouTube podcast show WAW What A Week.

Speaking to the former 947 and Metro FM presenter, Tol Ass Mo revealed that he is in the process of divorcing his wife of 11 years, Mome Nale Mahlangu. He further revealed that he is the one who walked away from their marriage because he needs to heal from his traumas.

The sangoma added that he is no longer interested in black women because they traumatise him.

“It’s me that’s walking away, Fresh… I am f**ken traumatised. I am traumatised by black women. I’m traumatised to a point that I don’t want to have a black wife again.

In the interview, the comedian said that he had made the decision to be celibate for 24 months and he is already six months into his celibacy.

“If God grants me a second love, it’s gonna be a Caucasian woman, or something exotic… I wanna date a snowbunny. I wanna be with a woman who won’t bother me about culture and whatever else. I don’t want anything to do with a black woman,” he said.

SEXUAL ASSAULT CHARGES AND ACQUITTAL

The trauma he was referring to is the sexual assault allegations which were levelled against him by actress and model Lerato Moloi.

In 2018, Lerato accused the comedian of raping her when they were working on a television production in Paarl, Western Cape. A statement released by Moloi in 2020 revealed that the incident took place in 2014.

The Bump The Cheese Up hitmaker was acquitted of sexual assault in August 2022 and threatened to sue the model for slander and defamation as the court described her as “a dishonest, egotistical and a belligerent liar.”

Speaking to MacG and Sol Phenduka on Podcast and Chill in December last year, Tol Ass Mo said that when Lerato was asked in court when the rape incident took place, she said 18 March in the evening. However, he had been on a flight back to Johannesburg from Cape Town that morning, according to a picture on his Instagram.
