WATCH – Injured Bernard Parker starts physio sessions

Former Kaizer Chiefs and TS Galaxy attacker Bernard Parker is topping trends after he shared a video of his road to recovery on Instagram.

The 37-year-old star was injured during a Carling Knockout Cup Last 16 match between Mamelodi Sundowns and TS Galaxy.

INJURED BERNARD PARKER STARTS PHYSIO SESSIONS

He was involved in a nasty challenge with Mamelodi Sundowns star Bongani Zungu. Against the injury, he was admitted and had a successful surgery.

After being discharged, it was confirmed that the star would be out of play for months. However, little is known about the exact months the 37-year-old star will be out of play.

He was discharged and has been recovering from home. However, against his discharge, he has been topping trends after he shared a video doing some physio sessions to keep himself sharp and fit.

According to medical sources, physiotherapy helps to restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury. However, it also helps to reduce the risk of injury in the future.
