‘Vaccinated months ago’: Dr Musa Mthombeni gets ‘mild’ Covid-19

South African TV presenter, Dr Musa Mthombeni has revealed that he tested positive for Covid-19 only a few months after getting the vaccination.

South African TV presenter and qualified medical professional Dr Musa Mthombeni revealed that he has tested positive for Covid-19. According to Mthombeni, he tested positive for the deadly virus despite having taken the vaccination jab only a few months prior to getting the positive test.

Dr Musa contracts Covid-19

Local TV presenter and doctor, Dr Musa Mthombeni headed to his Twitter on Sunday 25th July 2021 to share with his friends and followers that he has tested positive for the coronavirus. According to Mthombeni, his positive test results come after he took the vaccination a few months ago.

Mthombeni also disclosed that he was experiencing mild symptoms. The doctor said that he was suffering from a headache and a sore throat. This was when he decided to get tested and discovered that he was actually positive.

“I got my vaccine months back and so far all my symptoms are very mild. A little headache here and there. Sore throat and that’s it really!”

Dr Musa also shared that basically, he would be a lot worse off if he hadn’t taken the vaccination in the first place and many of his followers with similar experiences agreed with him.
