Former Mamelodi Sundowns defender Siyabonga Zulu is topping trends after he opened up about his controversial stints, private life and drinking sprees on Metro FM.
No doubt, despite being dubbed as one of the promising defenders during his early career, the star failed to live up to expectations. His career has been marred with off-pitch woes, from dramatic relationships to being bewitched.

After his dramatic exit from the DStv Premier League, the star has been struggling to find a club but confirmed reports have it that the star recently penned a one-year contract with La Masia.
However, in the backdrop of his new contract, the star is making headlines after he opened up about his drinking sprees in the backdrop of his newfound fame.

Speaking on Metro FM, the star revealed that on a typical weekend, he would drink around 144 beer cans and 36 bottles of Hennessy in one sitting.
However, he clarified that he would be with his ten friends. A short clip from his now-viral clip was shared on X, formerly Twitter, by Sportscaster Andile Ncube, who was puzzled by his drinking habits.
No doubt the star has since dumped his drinking sprees and has been sober for four years.
