BEING CHOSEN FOR ‘SHAKA ILEMBEROLE

DStv reports that the high school learner and actor Ntando Zondi was selected to play young Shaka out of hundreds of young actors and has no formal training in acting before joining Shaka Ilembe.

The Bomb Production casting team reveals that they were looking for a young teen, who had talent and looked similar to actor Lemogang Tsipa, who plays the adult Shaka.

@Queen_Enny19: “What a talented young man. He is killing his role as little Shaka.”

@GeorgeBeatsSA: “He’s only 15 years old, but he’s already showing a lot of talent. I love this for him.”

@sirbongz_za: “He’s still young and I hope he grows, become big and untouchable in this industry. Already he’s getting support from the likes of Nomzamo Mbatha when doing the shoot for #ShakaiLembeMzansi, may he get all the support he needs.”

@AppleMokoena: “No formal acting training and already his first role is such a beautiful production? I know a lucky person when I see one! Truly made of the role. I can’t wait to see what he does with this.”
