‘I appreciate you’: Kelly K thanks supportive fans amid Meyiwa trial

Last week, it was announced that Kelly Khumalo had been axed from a second event where she had been set to perform. According to both organisers, the decision comes as a result of the backlash the songstress is facing over the trial of her former boyfriend Senzo Meyiwa. As a result, the singer went on a rant, slamming every social media user who called her out and accused her of having something to do with Meyiwa’s murder.
It would appear her spirits are much higher now after she headed online to thank her remaining fans for their support and prayers.

Kelly Khumalo’s Twitter meltdown
The Senzo Meyiwa trial has left South Africans feeling very anxious as they wonder whether or not the killers will finally be caught and punished.
It has also left many of them frustrated as they demand justice for the slain soccer player. Many of them have directed their anger at the Orlando Pirates player’s former girlfriend, Kelly Khumalo.
The songstress has been at the top of trends as many discuss all the evidence that has come to light in the Meyiwa case.

This has definitely gotten to Kelly who headed online to slam a number of Twitter users who had anything negative to say about her.
A better place?
She appears to be in a better space and has headed online to thank her remaining fans for their support.
“I just want to say thank you to all of you. I’ve received all your messages, your DMs, and your prayers. I just want to say that I appreciate you,” she said in a new clip on Instagram.
