Four years after her devastating car crash, Sbahle Mpisane is showing off a visibly different appearance – which includes a slimmer physique and a new nose.

The “fitness bunny” shared her new look on Instagram, courtesy of cosmetic surgery.

In 2018, the gym fanatic ended up in ICU after her BMW was involved in a head-on collision. The daughter of Sbu Mpisane and Shauwn Mkhize aka MaMkhize broke both her legs and suffered amnesia after a nasty head injury.

Taking to the gram, Sbahle Mpisane showed off before-and-after pics of her new nose.

She shared of the decision to get the non-surgical “nose job”: “Before my car accident in 2018, I had one of the most beautiful nose structures which was badly damaged.

“I made an oath to myself in 2019 that I will fix it… I did this cosmetic surgery last week Thursday with @drlestonn to finally improve the current appearance of my nose

“The filler is done via injectables, the procedure is an hour long, and it’s not painful. Swelling fully recovers in 24hrs and the filler lasts for 12 months before visiting @skinrenewalsa again”.

Sbahle Mpisane also promised her fans that she would share a video on her YouTube page about the experience

A new nose is not the only new look Sbahle Mpisane is proudly showcasing.

Earlier this month, the fitness fanatic revealed that she had lost a whopping 40 kilograms since her accident.

And the slime new frame is thanks to hours in the gym, a strict eating plan plus the help of weight loss supplements, and hCG injections.

She shared in one Instagram post: “When I gained over 40kgs in 2019, I cried every day in disappointment! In it all I never stopped training, I ate well, remained hydrated & prayed to attain my set goals. Sometimes our prayers are not answered in time. God requires us to patiently wait for an answer but yes he does give us strength to stand against our problems”.
