Royal expert Robert Hardman claims King Charles is reportedly concerned over the health of his daughter-in-law, Kate Middleton, after she announced that she had cancer.

KING CHARLES CONCERNED OVER KATE MIDDLETON’S HEALTH

Robert Hardman, the author of Charles III: New King, New Court, claims that King Charles is concerned over Kate Middleton’s health. Princess Kate is married to King Charles’ eldest son, Prince William.

The Princess of Wales revealed she had cancer in an emotional video shared on Twitter on Friday, 22 March. This sent shock waves to her fans and followers. Kate explained that after she underwent major abdominal surgery, she found out that she had cancer.

“In January, I underwent major abdominal surgery in London, and at the time, it was thought that my condition was non-cancerous. The surgery was successful,” she said as she is seen seated on a garden bench at Windsor Castle.

She went on to reveal that she is undergoing preventative chemotherapy.

“However, tests after the operation found cancer had been present. My medical team, therefore, advised that I should undergo a course of preventative chemotherapy, and I am now in the early stages of that treatment,” she continued.

A source said that King Charles is willing to do “anything he can do” to support his daughter-in-law, according to GB News.

HARDMAN: KING CHARLES ‘EXTREMELY CONCERNED’ ABOUT KATE

The author claimed that King Charles is “extremely concerned” over Kate.

“It’s very clear that he [King Charles] is extremely concerned about her [Kate],” said Hardman according to GB News.

“I think he wants to make sure as much as he can that if there’s anything he can do, he will do, because for a very fit and healthy young mother, this is a different order of magnitude to someone having to deal with this in their 70s,” Hardman continued.

“I’m sure he’s been a source of comfort for her in the same way she’s probably been a source of comfort for him. I think it cannot but have brought them even closer together,” Hardman added.

Just a month before Kate revealed her cancer diagnosis, King Charles revealed that he also had cancer in a statement by Buckingham Palace. People reports that King Charles revealed that he was doing his best, during a surprise Easter walkabout. This was after the family’s Easter Mattins service at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle.

A palace insider said that the monarch responded very well to the treatment, allowing him to make a public appearance, according to The Independent.
