Mamelodi Sundowns’ great captain was back at home at the training ground.
Sundowns is by far the most successful football club in South Africa in the past ten years or more.

They have won significant trophies both locally and internationally.
In 2016, they won the CAF Champions League and have been winning a lot in the local league.
In doing so, Kaizer Chiefs had made great legends of the game across Africa.

Throughout these years, Mamelodi Sundowns had many captains, three of whom are back.
Sharing on his Instagram, the club legend Hlompho Kekana has discussed their achievements over the years.

MAMELODI SUNDOWNS GREAT CAPTAINS ARE AT HOME
Even though they are not back to kick the ball, the club legends play a crucial role in forging the future.
They are the source of inspiration to current players, and they always set the standard.
Hlompho Kekana was one of the most respected captains Sundowns has ever had and was part of the crew.

The second legend back home was Dennis Onyango, the great goalkeeper.
The third was the current captain, Themba Zwane, who has also won a lot at the club.
They all won a lot, and many fans were thrilled to see them at the training ground helping the team.
