MORE DETAILS ABOUT LADY AMELIA SPENCER’S BIG DAY REVEALED

Lady Amelia Spencer stunned in a custom Versace gown when she walked down the aisle towards her South African-born fiancé Greg Mallett.

And the dress was a special nod to her late aunt, Princess Diana.

The model and her fitness and nutrition coach boyfriend said ‘I do’ at Quoin Rock Manor House on a mountaintop in the winelands, just outside of Cape Town, Hello! reports.

The couple married at sunset in front of 122 guests, including Amelia’s mother, Victoria Lockwood, older sister Lady Kitty, twin sister Lady Eliza, and younger brother Samuel, the publication reports.

The videographer, Vision on Fire, shared a glimpse into the wedding on Instagram.

Samuel walked Lady Amelia down the aisle.

“He’s the other love of my life, so it made so much sense that it was Samuel who walked me down the aisle. He was born when I was 11 and we have a very, very special relationship,” the bride told the publication.

LADY AMELIA SPENCER’S SPECIAL NOD TO PRINCESS DIANA

Lady Amelia Spencer and Greg Mallett tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in the winelands just outside of Cape Town.

The gorgeous bride dropped jaws in her custom Atelier Versace wedding dress, Hello! reports.

According to the publication, the gown took over two and a half months to make. It is crafted from custom silk rebrodé lace, Swarovski crystals, and a hand-embroidered neckline and structured shoulders. With its impressive two-and-a-half-meter train, the gown features decorative flower patterns running throughout the design.

The blushing bride wore an elegant five-meter-long silk tulle veil and Jimmy Choo shoes to complete her look, the publication reports.

“I’m the luckiest girl in the world,” she says. “It’s honestly the most beautiful dress I’ve ever seen,” Amelia told Hello!

The dress is also a special nod to her late aunt, Princess Diana. The former Princess of Wales is the sister of Amelia’s father, Earl Charles Spencer.

Diana was, according to reports, a close friend of the designer Gianni Versace.

“I know the Versace family also absolutely love Diana, so there’s a very special connection that we have,” the bride said.

Rumours went rampant when Princess Diana’s brother, Earl Charles Spencers missed his daughter Lady Amelia Spencer’s recent SA wedding, but he finally revealed why, MailOnline reports.
