Luvuyo Memela was born on 18 September 1987 and had been celebrating his 36th birthday.
The talented midfielder was born and bred in Mbekweni, South Africa, where he showed his class.
He went on to play junior football with Mbekweni Cosmos, Mbekweni United, and Ajax Cape Town.
After youth football, he went on to play [professional football with Hanover Park.
Since then, he had a remarkable career playing for the country’s giants, Orlando Pirates.
He is playing for the top side club, Richards Bay, and doing reasonably well.
