The Orlando Pirates star has been training alone as he tries to get in shape after a knee injury and court woes that have kept him sidelined for months.

THEMBINKOSI LORCH SPOTTED TRAINING ALONE
The now-viral video has gained thousands of comments and reactions since it dropped on the internet. Thembinkosi Lorch was seen doing some basic drills on beach sand and some sprinting drills. The star has been training at the Boksburg Stadium.
Everything Soccer first shared the video on Facebook before it went viral.
The video was captioned: “Orlando Pirates superstar Thembinkosi Lorch has been putting on extra training to help him gain fitness after his lengthy knee injury.
Lorch is yet to make an appearance for Pirates this season.”

Mzansi was more than impressed with his effort as he prepared for his much-talked-about return. However, little is known if he has already joined the rest of the team for training.
