‘She defeated the ends of justice’ – Nota on why Kelly Khumalo should be in jail

Controversial music executive Nota Baloyi took a swipe at the justice system for failing to arrest Kelly Khumalo.

Nota made it known that Kelly Khumalo should have been arrested years ago concerning Senzo Meyiwa’s death.

Speaking on the EB The Kid podcast, Nota shared why the star singer should be in jail. Nota did so as he ruffled some feathers, providing fresh insight into the murder case, which has been before the courts for nine years.

Speaking on the podcast, he has it that robbery claims don’t make sense given that Senzo Meyiwa’s pricey movable asset, a BMW X6, was parked outside a fenceless yard.

Nota revealed that he doesn’t understand why the award-winning singer is still outside despite defeating the ends of justice.

The music executive said the star singer should have been arrested for instructing people to clean the accident scene before the police arrived. Court papers reportedly revealed that the crime scene was cleaned to avoid being questioned for having a party.

However, the now-viral clip from the podcast interview has since made rounds on social media, leaving many convinced that the award-winning musician should answer why they immediately cleaned the scene after the incident.

Nota’s sentiments come barely after Kelly Khumalo made headlines after cellphone data findings linked her to accused number 5.

In one of the recent court sittings, the court heard that Kelly Khumalo made contact twice with the accused five weeks before Senzo was killed. The court also heard that all the accused were linked through cellphone databases.
