The news about the passing of talented musician Zahara — real name Bulelwa Mkutukana has hit South Africans hard. The Nciza hitmaker died on Monday 11 December this week following a short stay in hospital after complaining about pains. According reports, she experienced a liver failure.

While many are celebrating the singer’s life and contribution to the music industry, DJ Sbu — her former boss — is catching strays.

Hundreds of her fans have slammed Sbu for posting about Zahara after she accused him many times of robbing her of millions.

Talented South African musician Zahara passed away in a private Johannesburg hospital on Monday 11 December evening after experiencing liver failure.

Thousands of tributes have poured out to the singer who was only 36 at the time of her passing.

While many are singing her praises, others are pointing fingers at all the people who wronged her before her passing — South African musician and businessman DJ Sbu is one of those people.

Before her passing, Zahara claimed that Sbu and his then partner TK Nciza robbed her of millions while she was still under their management.

Sbu — who has dually refuted her claims — is now being blasted by her fans — especially after he headed online to share her memorial details.

While he cleverly turned off his comment section, many have decided to qoute the tweet with angry messages.

“Wena Sbu you going to hell , ebile you have the guts to post her? After all that you have done to her? Evil evil man okare oka nwa Mofaya wa bitega,” one person said while another added:

“one thing men have? is the audacity”
