‘I love you’: Siya Kolisi pens birthday tribute to brother

Springboks captain Siya Kolisi penned a short and sweet tribute to his younger brother, Liyema on Wednesday 28 February.

“Happy birthday Mabaso I love you @offlame_g ❤️,” he captioned the post.
Siya has two siblings – Liyema and a younger sister, Liphelo.
Liyema and Liphelo share a mother with Siya, who unfortunately passed away in 2009. This left Liyema and Liphelo bouncing from orphanages to foster homes. This was before Siya and Rachel were financially stable enough to adopt them in 2014.
Siya’s wife Rachel also took to Instagram to pen a sweet post to Liyema.
“Happy birthday @offlame_g !! May God continue to bless you and keep you. Love you so much! ❤️,” she wrote.
This comes after Rachel and her two kids – Nicholas (9) and Keziah (6), who she shares with Siya, returned from their trip to Cape Town, South Africa.
