The second season of the hit reality show Kwa Mam’Mkhize has already got fans in discussion, and Sbahle Mpisane is ready to enter the conversation.

The self-proclaimed Fitness Bunny has been focused on her fitness efforts and being an aunty to her brother Andile Mpisane and his wife Tamia’s children. Now, her fans will get to see what the year has really been like behind the scenes for the fitness enthusiast and entrepreneur in the second season of Kwa Mam’Mkhize. Ahead of her debut in the latest chapter of the show, Sbahle Mpisane has spoken about what viewers can expect.

SBAHLE MPISANE ON WHAT SHE BRINGS TO S2

Sbahle Mpisane recently opened up in a Showmax press release about her life at present and what viewers can expect when she returns to her mother’s hit reality TV show.

Speaking on the differences that viewers can expect to see this time around, she explained, “There is never a dull moment with the family in Season 2; there is always a buzz and something going on. The biggest difference is that everyone has grown so much from Season 1, from our mom going through her divorce and getting her name back to my brother being married with children. Me? I was in a wheelchair, and now I am standing tall.”

WHAT WILL WE SEE ON ‘KWA MAM’MKHIZE’ THIS TIME

We will also get to see Sbahle Mpisane as she lets viewers into the aftermath of her recovery from her 2017 car accident. She explains how fitness was one of the ways she was able to fight her way back to health.

She added, “Many people seem to think that I have a qualification in fitness, but that is not the case. I am just someone who likes to take care of themselves both internally and externally. Fitness is something I naturally gravitated towards. It was a hobby that became an income.”

“Even after my accident, when I was depressed, I did not lose love for myself and my fitness. Even when I was in a wheelchair, I still took care of myself, even though I was not happy because I didn’t want to look like my problems.”
