Rachel Kolisi enlists social media for kid’s party planning

Planning a child’s birthday is a headache of its own – just ask Rachel Kolisi! The first lady of the Springboks has taken to social media to get some assistance on party planning matters.

Rachel and the family are in Paris as they cheer on hubby Siya Kolisi who now places for Racing Club 92. It’s their daughter, Keziah’s birthday next week and Mrs Kolisi is on a mission to ensure that it’s a memorable one. Although Paris has no shortage of entertainment and sights to see, the family are lucky enough to have explored the city plenty times before. With options aplenty but time running out, Rachel has called on her followers for help.

RACHEL KOLISI’S FANS TO SAVE THE DAY!

In times like these, it certainly helps to have a strong base of followers who are ready to offer handy solutions at every turn. Rachel Kolisi turned to hers as she wrote on Instagram, “People in/from France/Paris, I’m looking for some help it’s Keziah’s birthday this week. Where is the best place to get a gift (she’s creative and enjoys reading) something like Toys R Us in SA?”.

The suggestions for gifts flooded in, especially considering that Paris is home to some of the world’s finest art. Next up on the agenda, was to plan the actual celebration itself. Rachel revealed that she was opting against throwing a party when she said, “I don’t think I’m going to manage a party this year, I don’t know where to start and already super overwhelmed. Is there anywhere you’d recommend the whole fam could go that she especially might love? A place to have a meal? A Ballet? or show”

HOW OLD IS KEZIAH TURNING?

Siya and Rachel Kolisi’s youngest daughter, Keziah, will be turning six this November. She was born in 2017 and has always enjoyed a big celebration on her special day. She is quite popular across South Africa too! Last year, on her fifth birthday, she had a-list celebrities wishing her a special day ahead and one can expect that will only continue this year!
