One of the 300 ever-made Aston Martin DBS 770 Ultimate Xenon Grey was spotted in Sea Point, Cape Town. This is undoubtedly the only Aston Martin DBS 770 Ultimate in South Africa.

The viral photos of the car have since set social media abuzz, with Mzansi trying to connect the dots about the owner.

After all, South Africa has fast become a playground for several billionaires who have flexed their financial muscle on their lives of glitz and glamour.

No doubt, the now-trending Aston Martin DBS 770 is rare. It comes as a shocker to many that only 499 were made. It’s a limited-run car of 300 coupes and 199 Volante convertibles.

However reports have it that the Aston Martin beast costs over R10 million. On the other hand, the car has a price tag of R12 million in several car dealerships worldwide.

It’s a beast which comes with a twin-turbocharged 5.2-liter V-12 engine. The Aston Martin DBS has 759 horsepower. It is the most powerful Aston Martin production ever.

However, some of its specs include blind spot monitoring, 360-degree camera and auto parking.

OTHER HYPERCARS SPOTTED IN SA

The Aston Martin DBS 770 joins a host of hypercars spotted in South Africa recently. Some of the cars which have often topped trends include:

  • 2024 BMW i7 spotted in Johanessburg
  • R22.3 million Ferrari 599 SA Aperta
  • R13 million first customer-owned Ferrari Purosangue
  • R150 million Pagani Imola, one of the five ever-made

Some of the viral cars have often thrust South African billionaire Johan Rupert into the trends. His craze for exotic cars has convinced many that he might be the owner of some of the cars.

The South African billionaire is a car enthusiast and has an impressive car collection to show for it. His car museum houses some of the world’s rarest cars and most expensive hypercars.
