Minnie further said that one of the craziest things she’s heard about herself was that Khune paid lobolo for her when he did not.

“The most outlandish thing to date is the claim that Khune paid lobola for me is still the most wild thing. People have really gone out of their way to say some really crazy stuff about me. I don’t think there is anything that I have not heard,” she said.

Khune and Minnie dated from 2011 to 2014. She went on to marry TV producer Quinton Jones in 2017, with whom she shares a three-year-old son named Netha Makhosini Jones. The couple are currently in the process of a divorce.

On the other hand, Khune went on to date multimillionaire, Shauwn “MaMkhize” Mkhize’s stepdaughter, Sbahle Mpisane. After their break up, he married his wife Siphelele Makhunga in a traditional wedding in 2022. The couple shares two daughters.

“Minnie Dlamini must accept the reality that Khune is a married man now and move on with her life. She cannot continue to use Khune’s name to gain attention and relevance.”

“She really needs to leave him alone.”

“What I find annoying is her using Khune’s name, a married man to promote a show that she will feature in. She knows that Khune has a massive following owing to the fact that he is footballer for one of the biggest team in SA.”
