EFF leader Julius Malema’s oldest son Ratanang is a 17-year-old DJ, highschooler from his previous relationship.

WHO IS RATANANG?
EFF leader Julius Malema’s oldest son Ratanang Malema was born from his previous relationship with Maropeng Ramohlale.
BuzzSouthAfrica reveals that Malema’s oldest son was born in 2006 by his then-girlfriend who is from Sunnyside, Pretoria.
There’s not much information known about Ratanang’s biological mother as she’s kept her life private.

EFF LEADER INTRODUCES HIS SON TO THE WORLD
The Limpopo-born politician revealed his now-17-year-old son to the world in September 2014 by sharing a picture of him, when he joined Instagram.
The politician and his oldest son also trended in October 2022 after he posted a video of them DJing together and enjoying music.

PRIVATE SCHOOL FEES: HOW MUCH IS HE PAYING?
Malema’s son, Ratanang took to his Instagram story earlier last week to share St David’s Marist Inanda’s post, when he was announced as one of their 2024 leaders.
According to the St David’s site, Julius will be paying more than R170 000 per annum or around R16 000 per month for his matric year at the all-boys Catholic school.
The school recently announced that their matric class of 2023 received a 100% pass rate with a 95% bachelor’s degree pass rate.
