Khosified: Jay-Jay Okocha chooses between Chiefs and Pirates

Nigerian legendary midfielder Jay-Jay Okocha chose to do the Kaizer Chiefs over Orlando Pirates sign during the Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon).

Okocha remains one of the most talented players out of Africa and played in top European clubs. The talented midfielder met with Bafana Bafana legends Siphiwe Tshabalala and Manuel ‘Tico-Tico’ Bucuane.

The two South Africans are legends to their country’s top rivals, Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates. These clubs had fought for dominance for many years, and their rivalry continued. Even though Tshabalala and Tico-Tico are together in Ivory Coast, they still carry their local rivalry and joke about it.

Sharing on his Instagram, Tshabalala felt sorry that Okocha chose his Kaizer Chiefs instead of Orlando Pirates.

Tshabalala and Tico-Tico have their clubs at heart and have played there for many years. They both contributed much to the success of these clubs, but they did so together playing for Bafana.

Joking and smiling, the three stars enjoyed themselves doing the punditry duties at Afcon. They are in high spirits as Nigeria and South Africa qualified for the quarter-finals.
