Mamelodi Sundowns talisman Gaston Sirino is making headlines in the backdrop of his African Football League win’s post. Sundowns won the inaugural African Football League, edging Wydad Casablanca 3-2 in the final.
FIFA president Gianni Infantino and CAF president Dr Patrice Mostepe were in attendance. Against the win, Sundowns players and fans have flooded social media with congratulatory posts.

The Sundowns star posted: “Thank you, God, for giving me one more joy in my career, thanks to my wife and daughters for being there in the most difficult moments and today being able to enjoy them with you is priceless, to my family who are my support and are in every step as a professional and obviously.”
No doubt the post has since gained thousands of comments and reactions since it dropped on the internet. Is Gaston Sirino having his last dance with Mamelodi Sundowns?

The post has since implicated his transfer woes into the mix. Gaston Sirino was undoubtedly linked to Soweto giants Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates in the last transfer window.
Pitso Mosimane was also rumoured to be interested in bringing the star to the UAE. However, in the backdrop of the transfer rumours, nothing materialised, and his future at Sundowns is reported to be in doubt.
