South African politician Julius Malema successfully riled South Africans up after sharing his views on the country’s national team, the Springboks. The radical party leader is of the opinion that the team needs a complete makeover, from the name to the emblem. These ideas have been generally blasted by locals who have taken to calling him out.

One X user managed to upset the EFF leader to the point where he lost his cool and swore at her. This has shocked many who are now blasting him further.

On Sunday evening, Economic Freedom Fighter leader Julius Malema tweeted that the Springboks should be given a new name, colour, and emblem that represents the country’s democracy.

His ideas have been heavily criticised by social media users who have accused him of trying to create division among South Africans.

Many have slammed him in various social media posts including other political leaders from opposing parties.

One such person is former DA leader Mmusi Maimane who mocked Malema by saying that he wants to turn the Springboks into another EFF.

Responding to this, Malema remarked that Maimane would need to prove himself to be a proper contender before he engages with him.

This brought on a comment from an X influencer who called the EFF a “10 percent party”.

It would appear this was the straw on the camel’s back for Malema who instantly lost his cool and responded that he doesn’t “give a f$%#”.

In the comment section, social media users could not believe that someone in Malema’s capacity would use such crass language during a public political debate.

“Real leaders dont parade on social media insulting people like you do formalise your party,” one person said while another wrote:

“Definitely not a President in waiting. Imagine someone like this representing us at the UN “
