DUDUZANE ZUMA ON NOT JOINING HIS FATHER’S PARTY

Duduzane’s All Game Changers (AGC) party launch came a month after Zuma launched his political party, uMkhonto Wesizwe (MK). His twin sister, Duduzile Zuma, decided to join their father as an MK member.

While many were under the impression that the former president and his son would work together in their bid to bring about change in the country, it appears the Zumas differ politically.

Speaking to ZiMoja, Duduzane debunked speculations that there is bad blood between him and his father.

“I’m a 41-year-old and yes I love my father and he is an icon. His legacy will always be there but I am now my own man. No one can take away the legacy my father has built.

“I’m not here to compete with my father. He is doing his own thing and I support him through and through. We are all about changes and we need new leadership. The young must take charge. We are not going to canvass for votes but the youth will decide,” Duduzane said.

ALL GAME CHANGERS IS FOR EVERYONE

The 41-year-old told Sunday World last month that his party is a movement for all ages, races, religions and cultures. young, old, black, white, coloured, Indian, male, female, all religions.

“We will move from the politics of desperation to the politics of inspiration. This we will do by creating positive and active role models. [We will also] give access to finance for those who are serious enough to take advantage of the opportunities that we will create. We are the ones who will do it. A change of mindset from a consumer mentality to a producing one. Building South Africa and Africa one brick at a time.”
