In a bizarre incident that has left Mzansi in awe, a Nigerian prophet was scammed over R150 000 lobola by his alleged girlfriend.

Reports have it that the woman and her alleged uncle disappeared in thin air after they received R150 000 for lobola.

The incident has since thrust the Nigerian man of oath into the top trends as he vows to turn to a famous sangoma to get his money back.

Rumour mill has it that the woman immediately moved out of the backroom she was renting in Tembisa after the lobola.

The neighbourhood has been trying to connect the dots about her whereabouts. It is believed that she used her boyfriend as an uncle as they swindled the popular Nigerian pastor.

However, according to MDN News, the man of oath pulled a shocker after he revealed that he would turn to a famous sangoma if they didn’t return his money. No doubt this is not the first time a bride has disappeared with lobola. Could this be the new scamming trend?

Against the incident, an alleged photo of the woman who scammed the pastor has been making rounds on social media. The now-viral photo has gained thousands of comments and reactions since it dropped on the internet.
