Police are said to also be looking for a Bentley and a BMW i8.

The outlet further reveals that the investigation forms part of Mabonga’s charges which were levelled against him after a shooing outside Tempo Luxury Restaurant and Lounge in Sandton last month.

After the shooting, the businessman was charged with two counts of attempted murder and possession of an unlicensed firearm. The source also disclosed that police seized several firearms which are allegedly illegal.

Mabonga was hospitalised after being shot in the ribs in January. He was reportedly under police watch following the shootout between him and security personnel at the establishment.
