It’s no secret that Springboks star Ox Nche has a sweet tooth, which is why the popular prop gladly accepted a delicious dessert from a fan.
During the Durban leg of the Rugby World Cup trophy tour, Nche was gifted with a large chocolate cake.
Ox and the rest of the squad toured Durban on Saturday, 4 November. On Sunday, they will embark on their final leg in East London.

OX NCHE SAYS YES TO CHOCOLATE CAKE GIFT
Despite being given a year’s worth of treats from Woolworths, Ox Nche happily accepted a chocolate cake from a Springbok fan.
In a video posted on social media, the prop – known for his tagline “Salads don’t win scrums” – reached out of the tour bus to scoop up the gift.

POST RUGBY WORLD CUP CELEBRATIONS
While others celebrated the Rugby World Cup win with beer and brandy a week ago, Ox Nche revealed he had other plans.

And those plans included cake.
He said in a media briefing: “I’m going to celebrate with this cheesecake I saw it earlier at the hotel. It looked great, and I am sure it will taste even better now.”
