WHAT ABOUT DOPING ALLEGATIONS?

In August, Elton admitted to testing positive for Clenbuterol, a fat burner that also aids stamina.

The South African Institute for Drug-Free Sport conducted the test in June via a urine sample.

However, Elton claimed that he did not knowingly take the substance and would launch an investigation into the results. He also vowed to prove his innocence by having his “B sample” tested for the substance.
