Beloved rugby player Eben Etzebeth took to Instagram on Tuesday, 28 November and marked winning the Cup Ellis Cup in Paris, France a month ago at The Stade de France stadium which had the Springboks making history as the four-time winners of the Rugby World Cup title.

The 32-year-old professional rugby player and his team flew the South African flag high in France after beating New Zealand in the final Rugby World Cup tournament on 28 October. After returning to Mzansi, the popular Springbok Lock completed a victory parade tour in Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, and the Eastern Cape with the rest of his teammates.

He also made headlines after rubbing shoulders with one of his popular fans, the young boy who mistakenly butchered his name and started the “Elizabeth” trend. Etzebeth has since returned to the Sharks in a victorious United Rugby Championship Round Six game against the Dragons RFC which took place on Saturday, 25 November at Kings Park in Durban, Rugby365 reported.
