South African actor Siv Ngesi has always been very vocal about his feelings towards the South African government and their incompetence. Last year he trended for calling SA president Cyril Ramaphosa out for his “spineless” leadership skills. This time he is shunning the the ruling party who are all rallying behind the Springboks who are at the final leg of the Rugby World Cup.

In a scathing tweet, he warned them to stay away from the Springboks who are currently prospering without the assistance of the party.

Siv Ngesi warns ANC to keep away from the Springboks

Siv Ngesi has proven himself to be a big fan of the Springboks. A video of him singing the national anthem during the team’s match against England in France went viral last week as many praised him for his passion.

As the national team gets ready to face the All Blacks tonight, he has taken some time to warn the ANC away from the Springboks.

Taking to X, he wrote that they should never be allowed to manage the team after seeing a video of the ministers meeting with the talented team.

“ANC shouldn’t be permitted anywhere near something that works and is loved by all!!” he wrote in a tweet.

Mzansi agrees

In the comment section, social media users wholeheartedly agreed with the media personality. Others however shared that the ministers should be backing the Boks in every way possible.

“Yep!!!cause right here you will hear a ANC scandal how funds were spent on this trip!” one person said while another commented:

“Makes me sick, we probably paying for this”
