Fernandez, renowned for his recent creation worn by outgoing Miss Universe R’Bonney Gabriel, crafted a drop-waist ball gown exclusively for Sheynnis according to Hola!

This exquisite masterpiece featured the hand-embroidered Art of Repetition. This is a style that draws inspiration from the roaring 1920s.

Palacios, crowned Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador, expressed her excitement about the show and the custom creation.

“This is what I dreamed about as a little girl practising my walk in the hallway! And then the dress that Rian has created is more than a look, it’s a complete work of art,” she exclaimed to HOLA! USA.
