A palace fit for a king. Collen Mashawana’s R30 million mansion leaves Mzansi puzzled. With an estimated net worth of R270 million, Mashawana is regarded as one of South Africa’s wealthiest businessmen. No doubt he is a sheikh in his own right.
However, Mashawana has managed to keep his private life under wraps. Rumour mill has it that he is a longtime friend of President Cyril Ramaphosa.

Just like Arabs, Mashawana and his family live as one big family. Several reports have it that it has an estimated value of R30 million.

A CELEBRATED PHILANTHROPIST
Apart from his Dubai-inspired estate Mashawana has made all sorts of headlines with his charitable works.
He has built houses for several underprivileged people in and around Limpopo through his foundation.
Reports have it that Mashawana is the brains behind AFRIBIZ investments. Despite having fat pockets, little is known about his lavish life.

In recent years, Mzansi has connected the dots about his private life.
Mashawana happens to be Gomora actress Thembi Seete’s baby daddy. Reports have it that they have a son together and have been coparenting well. According to The Citizen, the two made their affair official in 2018.
Seete has often gushed about her husband but has managed to keep his name away from the public.
