This year’s Hollywoodbets Durban July kicked off with a bang as all of South Africa’s favourite celebrities and influencers showed off their outfits. While some stars — like Somizi Mhlongo — went out of their ways to make a scene, others kept things simple. Mihlali Ndamase is one of the celebrities being accused of not doing her best after she showed up in a figure hugging nude sequenced gown.
According to social media users, the dress was simply a variation of the dress she wore last year.

Mihlali’s Durban July get-up bores fans
The annual Hollywoodbets Durban July has quickly come and gone. All that’s left from the lavish event are the thousands of comments about the celebs who attended the event and the outfits they decided to go with.
While stars like Jessica Nkosi and Nandi Madida received high praises for their ‘Out of this world’ looks, some stars — according to social media users — missed the mark.

One of the stars who appears to have disappointed her fans is award-winning content creator and famous MUA, Mihlali Ndamase.
Taking to Twitter, one person remarked that the gorgeous 26-year-old is simply recycling all of her old looks.
“Mihlali wears the same dress all the damm time but just changes the colour, she needs to give us something new because we’re tired of seeing her in the same outfit yhuu. Love her so much yena ke kodwa, that’s my babe forever Sana,” the tweep wrote.

What does Mzansi think?
Many seemingly agree with the fan and thinks Mihlali should branch out a bit when it comes to her fashion sense.
