No doubt former Kaizer Chiefs star Siyabonga Ngezana made all sorts of headlines after his R12 million transfer to  26-time Romanian league champions FCSB.

Since his move, he had undoubtedly made all sorts of headlines, from a dramatic debut to earning the club’s trust.

His command of the game and performance undoubtedly saw him trending back home. Mzansi was quick to take a swipe at Kaizer Chiefs for losing talented stars at cheaper price tags. Some even trolled the club for failing to spot talent and keeping it.

Siyabonga Ngezana’s new price tag even left many puzzled.

Taking it to Facebook, sports commentator Austin Ditlhobolo dropped Siyabonga Ngezana’s transfer details, leaving many puzzled with his new price tag after joining the Romanian giants ahead of the 2023/2024 season.

Austin Ditlhobolo posted: “FCSB president George “Gigi” Becali has slapped a €7 million (R141 million) price tag on Siyabonga Ngezana. Romania’s biggest football club paid just €600,000 (R12 million) when they purchased Ngezana from Kaizer Chiefs last winter.”
