With Stage 6 load shedding becoming the crazy new normal thanks to Eskom, more people are considering converting to solar energy. But for a handful of celebrities like Cassper Nyovest, it’s already a done deal.

The rapper revealed his ultimate flex – a roof full of solar panels…

CASSPER SHADES CYRIL, SHOWS OF SOLAR PANELS

In his recent Instagram posts, Cassper Nyovest has been showing Stage 6 load shedding the middle finger. And it’s all thanks to his newly installed solar panels in both his Johannesburg home and Cape Town rental.

But the rapper took it a step further when he threw shade at Cyril Ramaphosa after posting a viral video of the South African president. In a recently resurfaced clip, Cyril brags about putting an end to Eskom’s load shedding, which sadly has not happened.

Sharing pics of a party of his beautiful home, Cassper posted: “No more load shedding!!! We have fixed it!”.

MORE CELEBS WHO DITCHED ESKOM, LOAD SHEDDING

Cassper Nyovest is not the only celebrity who has put the woes of load shedding behind him.

Actress Pearl Thusi revealed in a recent Twitter rant that she had also switched to solar.

And so had musician The Kiffness, who tweeted about spending over R130 000 to instal a basic solar energy system on his Cape Town home.
