DJ Sbu has explained his position with regard to the ownership ambiguity around MoFaya. He quietly refuted those who claimed that he is not the owner of the company that has been named as the official sponsor of Miss South Africa 2023.

DJ Sbu chose to praise MoFaya and its effects on certain groups rather than retorting angrily to the criticisms.

DJ Sbu claimed on his YouTube page that he could care less what other people think.

Then Sbu listed all the names others use to refer to him, including labels and insults. He discussed the development of telepathy and claimed that language is ultimately a human invention.
